Job Description

As the Global Product Manager - Information Solutions, you will play a critical role in the international success and strategic development of our innovative and existing information solutions. These include Farm Management Systems (Animal, Farm, Mineral, MyCRV), HerdOptimizer, SireMatch, and Ovalert. Your mission is to ensure these products meet customer needs, align with business goals, and drive growth and profitability both in our home market and expanding international markets.

You’ll collaborate closely with local teams to deliver consistent results, optimize existing products, and ensure effective positioning and pricing. A key part of your role will be achieving commercial objectives such as customer satisfaction, profitability, revenue growth, market share, and brand strength.

As a team lead you will be responsible for managing 2 FTE animal administration that take care of our Genomic Services on a global scale.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement a clear product strategy based on market analysis, technological advancements, customer needs, and business goals.
• Anticipate market trends and innovations, staying ahead of competitors and identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and build solid business cases.
• Manage the product portfolio, overseeing the international rollout, positioning, and complete product lifecycle—from concept to launch, optimization, and end-of-life.
• Collaborate with local teams and departments to provide sales support, manage the product innovation strategy, and craft go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Drive revenue and profitability targets, create effective pricing strategies, and monitor product performance.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant product management experience in the agricultural sector.
• Affinity with data and software solution development.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution skills.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English (German is a plus).
• A proactive, commercially minded, creative, solution-oriented, adaptable, and entrepreneurial spirit.
